No. PrequalReady is an independent service. We cannot change your grade directly or speed up the platform's review. We prepare what the reviewers grade, so it passes when they look at it.

Yes. Software drafts documents from your intake answers and maps them to the reviewer's requirements. That is why we are faster and cheaper than an hourly consultant. Every document is then checked and edited for your company, and you review it before anything is submitted.

They are written from your intake form: your trade, equipment, sites, crew size and state. A program that does not match your real practice is a liability on site, so we ask follow-up questions until it does, and you approve the final version.

The gap report takes 2 business days after payment. The setup takes 10 business days from the day we receive your completed intake form. After submission, the platform's own review queue sets the timing, which we do not control.

For the audit: screenshots or exports of your requirements page, any reviewer comments and the safety documents you already have. For the setup: one intake form about your company, work and crews, plus your OSHA 300/300A summaries, EMR letter and certificate of insurance.

Not for the audit. For the setup you can upload the files yourself, or add us as a separate user on your account so we can upload them. You can remove that user at any time.

No. You answer questions about how your company works. We handle the regulatory language and the platform's format.

Yes. The owner, office manager and a field supervisor can all answer parts of the intake form and see the shared tracker.

Anything outside paperwork: insurance limits your client requires, your real injury history and EMR, and training your crews still need to complete. The audit flags these items so you know what to take to your insurance agent or trainer.

Your files are stored in access-controlled cloud storage that only people working on your account can open. We never ask for Social Security numbers, medical records or personal employee files. Counts and summaries are enough for everything we do.

We keep them while we work together, so we can handle updates and revisions. If you ask us to delete them, we do so within 30 days. The privacy policy has the details.

You do. Once paid, the documents are yours to use, edit and submit to any client or platform.

The audit and the setup are one-time payments. The upkeep plan is monthly, optional and can be cancelled at any time.

After we confirm the scope, we send a secure invoice. You can pay by card or US bank transfer (ACH). Nothing is charged until you approve the invoice.

If your request is outside what we do, we tell you before you pay. If the gap report tells you nothing you did not already know, we refund the $149. If a reviewer rejects a program we wrote, we revise it at no charge until it is accepted.

We are a new company. The first 10 clients get lower prices while we build case studies. After that, the audit is $199 and the setup is $1,290.

Yes. Revisions requested by the reviewer on programs we wrote are included in the setup. For ongoing changes such as new clients, annual reviews and expiring documents, there is the optional upkeep plan.

On the upkeep plan, yes: annual reviews and relevant regulation changes are applied to your programs. Without the plan, you can order updates when you need them.
