No. We are an independent service. You keep your own subscription and account. We prepare the documents and answers you need inside it.
Do you need my login?
Not for the audit. A screenshot or export of your requirements and deficiency notes is enough. For the setup you can upload the files yourself, or add us as a user on your account so we can do it for you.
How long does the platform review take?
Our part takes 10 business days from the day we receive your information. The platform's own review queue is separate and varies. If the reviewer sends comments, we answer them at no extra cost.
Do you use software or AI to write the programs?
Yes. Software drafts each program from your answers, which is why we are faster and cheaper than an hourly consultant. Every document is then checked line by line against the platform's requirement list and edited for your company before you get it.
Will the programs match how we actually work?
They are written from your intake form: your trade, equipment, sites, crew size, and state. You review every program before it goes in. A program that does not match your real practice is a liability, so we ask until it does.
How do I pay?
We send a secure invoice after we confirm the scope. You can pay by card or US bank transfer (ACH). No work starts and no charge is made until you approve the invoice.
