Who we are

What we collect
- Information you send through our forms: name, company, work email, optional phone number, the platforms you use, company size, current grade and your message.
- Documents you share with us to deliver the service: platform requirement screenshots, reviewer comments, existing safety documents, OSHA 300/300A summaries, EMR letters and certificates of insurance.
- Basic technical data collected by our hosting provider to serve and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type and request logs.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, Social Security numbers, medical records, or personal files of your employees. The service works with summaries and counts.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, confirm scope and send invoices.
- To prepare gap reports, safety programs, questionnaire answers and deficiency responses for your company.
- To send reminders you asked for, such as upcoming document expirations on the upkeep plan.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
AI and software processing
We use software, including AI tools, to draft documents from the information you provide. We only use the information needed to write your documents. Our AI provider is Anthropic (Claude).
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the service: website hosting (Cloudflare), email and file storage (Google Workspace), form delivery (FormSubmit) and payments (Payoneer). They process information only to provide their service to us.
Storage and retention
Client documents are kept in access-controlled cloud storage available only to people working on your account. We keep them while we work together so we can handle revisions and updates. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected] or through the support form (topic "Data or privacy request").
