Terms of service

These terms describe how our service, pricing, refunds and revisions work. Items marked like [this] will be completed once our company registration is final. The scope and invoice we send for each order confirm the specific terms of that order.
1. The service
PrequalReady, operated by [Legal entity name], prepares documents that contractors submit to prequalification platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta and Veriforce. We are independent of those platforms. We do not control their grading, review times or requirements, and we cannot change a grade directly.
2. Orders and scope
- Gap audit: a written report for one platform, delivered within 2 business days after payment.
- Setup ("Get to A"): up to 15 written safety programs, drafted questionnaire answers and responses to open deficiencies for one platform, delivered within 10 business days after we receive your completed intake form.
- Upkeep ("Stay at A"): a monthly plan covering new reviewer comments, reminders, annual program updates and new client requirements.
Before you pay, we confirm the scope in writing. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
3. Your responsibilities
You provide accurate information about your company and review every document before it is submitted. The programs describe how your company works, so you are responsible for making sure they match your actual practices and for implementing them on site. You remain responsible for your platform subscription, insurance coverage, training and injury records.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are published on our website. Launch pricing applies to our first 10 clients. Payment is due by invoice before work starts, by card or US bank transfer. The audit fee is credited in full toward a setup ordered for the same platform. The upkeep plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.
5. Refunds and revisions
- Audit refund: if the gap report tells you nothing you did not already know, reply to it within 14 days and we refund the audit fee.
- Pass guarantee: if a platform reviewer rejects a program we wrote within the agreed scope, we revise it at no charge until it is accepted. This does not cover rejections caused by items outside the scope, such as insurance limits, injury rates or missing training.
6. Ownership
Once paid, the documents we deliver belong to you. You may use, edit and submit them to any client or platform.
7. Confidentiality and data
We keep your information confidential and handle it as described in our privacy policy.
